The NCC03 Portal Site started and everybody who will contribute or wants to be a member should join.

The NCC03 Site is a Plone/Zope Portal which is based on a Community Site. Everybody who wants to take part in the community should join .

Please comment the site and help to build it. Also contributions in form of design or logos etc. are welcome.
